Where do I ship my products?
Please ship any items you'd like photographed or filmed to my P.O. Box address, which will be provided to you upon booking.
When will I get my photos/videos?
I will deliver your photo & video only packages within a week after receiving your package in the mail. If you order a combined photo and video package, I will send you your assets within 2 weeks after receiving your products in the mail.
Will I get my products back?
I'm more than happy to send your products back after shooting. Simply email me a return label or include it in your product package.
Are copyrights included in my booking?
I include digital licensing in all of my contracts. This means once you sign the photos & videos are yours to use anywhere online, forever.
Can you re-edit my photos or video?
I will happily re-edit your photos, and included in every package is limited editing revisions. This way you're always happy with the results which can be tweaked to your liking.
I want a reshoot, is that possible?
My goal is to ensure you're 100% satisfied with every shoot you book. If the photos or video did not come out to your liking, and you had initially provided all of the details needed to complete the shoot, I'll absolutely reshoot your photos/video. This is done on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.
Can I purchase more photos for my shoot after I've already booked it?
I always provide more photos than the amount you purchased. This way, you have the option to buy more photos from your session without having to book again. These extra images are available for purchase/download directly through your online gallery.
Can I purchase more videos for my shoot after I've already booked it?
To receive more videos, you will have to book another video shoot.
Why don't you shoot large products?
I prefer to shoot small to medium-sized products, as the intimacy of working with these objects allows me to be more creative.
Do you offer referral discounts?
I offer a 10% discount towards your next shoot every time you refer someone to my services. The person you referred also gets a 10% off their shoot!
Do you have models to chose from?
I do not currently offer shoots with models. However, I am looking to expand and grow my model database as I continue to develop as a creator.
Is there a discount for returning customers?
Customers who book my services on a monthly basis are welcome to a return customer discount. This means you'll get 10% off every single shoot you book for being a monthly recurring customer.
Why are your photos/videos priced this way?
I want your photography and videography booking to be nearly effortless. I've decided to offer flat-rate pricing per image/package so that you can book with ease.
How do refunds work?
I typically don't offer refunds unless I am unable to complete your photoshoot for whatever reason. More often I'll offer a full credit towards your next photoshoot or a complete reshoot.
